Choose what media you want digitized from our 'Digitize Items' page. Once you place your order, we'll send a box to you - with a step-by-step welcome guide - in which you can place your items and ship to us with a pre-paid shipping return label.

2. We Digitize With Care
Our technicians will process your order using a barcode tracking system and digitize each item.

3. Revisit the Past & Share
It's time to enjoy your memories! Your fully digitized memories will be sent to you via a secure cloud link where they are accessible for 90 days. All of your original material will be shipped back to you (unless you used the NORETURN code) along with any additional storage media purchased (USB, or DVD).
About Our Services
Digital files are stored for 90 days for free and can be extended annually for $50/year using our One Year Cloud Storage add-on.
- Mix & match your media - we'll digitize all the media your memories are stored on from the box you ship us
- Shipping and shipment tracking - easily track your shipment once it's on its way
- Return Service - Your original items will automatically be returned to you and the shipping cost is quoted at checkout. If you do not want your original items returned to you, please use discount code "NORETURN" to receive a shipping discount on your order. Entering this discount code means you will NOT receive your original items back and that you are authorizing Digital Works Canada to safely dispose of your original items.

We cannot digitize copyrighted material unless you can verify that you are the copyright owner.
In the event of a postal disruption, we will automatically move to either Purolator or UPS until it is over.
